As We Say Goodbye to Winter 2026 Think about Following Up to Get Your Vitamin D Level Checked!
I’m often surprised by how many patients are Vitamin D deficient, even those who maintain a healthy diet and active lifestyle! While some people with low Vitamin D may have no noticeable symptoms, others can experience fatigue, low mood, frequent infections, or muscle aches.
Even though 5–10 minutes of daily sunlight can help boost Vitamin D levels, many of us still need targeted supplementation to restore optimal levels.
At FitzGerald Health and Wellness, in addition to checking vitamin D levels, we offer comprehensive nutrient testing to identify deficiencies and create personalized treatment plans to support your health. By addressing nutrient gaps, you can recharge your energy, strengthen immunity, and feel your best—just in time for spring and summer 2026!
Schedule your nutrient assessment today and take the first step toward feeling vibrant and healthy.
